How to Delete Your Account on Winek VTC

When you delete your account, please note that you will permanently lose all your data and your ride history. If you decide to return and use the application again with the same phone number, your request will be treated as a new registration, and you will not be able to recover any data from the deleted account.

Account deletion steps:

Access the side menu: open the application and tap the menu icon or your profile picture.

Settings: select the “Settings” section.

Deletion request: you will find the “Delete Account” option at the bottom of the menu.

Confirmation: an alert will appear to confirm your choice. Tap “Confirm Deletion” to complete the process immediately.
